Olivia Cowenhoven, the Marketing and Business Development Manager of Ackert Inc., has a diverse background with experience in several industries. She spearheads all of the company's marketing initiatives and contributes significantly to its business development efforts. She has contributed to several industry white papers and authored articles for Strategies magazine. She began her career in the environmental policy field, where she fundraised on behalf of various non-profit organizations, organized advocacy events that changed key policies at a large public university, and planned a large-scale educational event attended by thousands. She later transitioned into the financial services sector, where she gained experience with account management, client service and data trend analysis. During her time in the fashion industry she contributed to product trademarking, gathering competitive intelligence, and coordinating the process of launching a product line. Olivia graduated Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Environmental Science and studied Graphic Design through California Institute of the Arts.

The three industry leaders bring valuable coaching expertise and thought leadership to Ackert’s already strong faculty, which promises to translate into meaningful value for their clients.
Martin Gold, JD, is an experienced legal marketer, coach, and facilitator. He has helped lawyers succeed in developing new business for nearly 20 years. Before joining Ackert Inc., Martin held marketing leadership roles at Signal, and before that, at Blank Rome. His skills include strategic business development, client development best practices, and leadership, among others. Martin, a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law, is a member of the DC Bar, and inductee into the Legal Marketing Association’s Hall of Fame.
Susan Longo, MBA, has more than 20 years of experience marketing and developing business for professional services firms. Her experience includes serving as senior marketing executive at Deloitte, and holding senior marketing and business development positions at Arnall Golden Gregory, consulting firm Hildebrandt International, and Smith Gambrell & Russell. She also launched her own coaching firm, Business Development for Lawyers, where she helped lawyers create strategic business development plans tailored to their practice. Most recently she was Chief Marketing Officer at Burr & Forman. Susan earned her BA from the University of Florida and her MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
Carmelo Millimaci has 20 years of client development and marketing experience and four years of professional coaching experience. He was most recently a senior leader at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, and previously at Osler. He is an Adler Trained Coach and founder of Attune Coaching and Consulting. Carmelo helps leaders and teams enhance professional and interpersonal skills to realize holistic business success. He coaches on leadership, team and career development. He advises on client service, proposal win strategy, demand generation, go-to-market planning and profile building. Carmelo is a member of the International Coach Federation. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management at Ryerson University.
