Los Angeles – March 19, 2019– Ackert Inc., a business development company specializing in technology and coaching for law and professional services firms, is excited to announce that Kathleen Flynn has joined its faculty of advisors.
As the former Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Flynn brings valuable marketing and business development coaching expertise and thought leadership to Ackert’s already strong faculty, which promises to translate into meaningful value for their clients.
Flynn is an experienced legal marketer, coach, and facilitator. She has helped lawyers and accountants succeed in developing new business for over 30 years. Immediately before joining Ackert Inc., Flynn held marketing leadership roles at BCLP and before that, at Sedgwick, Cooley, Fenwick & West, Littler, Carroll Burdick, and Coopers & Lybrand.
Flynn also managed her own consulting agency, Marketing Visions, which focused on marketing, PR and business development consulting for law and accounting firms. Her skills include strategic business development, client feedback facilitation, client development best practices, and leadership development, among others.
Flynn, a graduate of Montclair State University, is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association and has served on numerous LMA boards and committees, including leadership roles as the chair of various committees and local Chapter President.

The team implements the training and coaching for programs such as the Practice Boomers e-learning platform and the Practice Pipeline relationship management tool for lawyers and other service professionals.
